J. Kevin Renfro


J. Kevin Renfro was born in 1961 in Blount County, Tennessee. He graduated high school from Heritage High School in Blount County, Tennessee in 1979.

Kevin graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with degree in Business Administration in 1983.

Kevin the earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1986 where he earned the American Jurisprudence Award and was a member of Phi Delta Phi Law Fraternity.

Kevin was listed in Who’s Who among practicing attorneys in 1990 and subsequently in 1992 in Who’s Who Among Rising Young Americans. He was recently awarded the Martindale-Hubbell Client Distinction Award and the 2021 Platinum Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion award. His practice is exclusively dedicated to real property, land, title, banking, and commercial law. He performs title searches and closing for numerous clients.

Kevin is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of the State of Tennessee and is a member of the American, Tennessee, Knox County, and Blount County Bar Associations, as well as the Tennessee Land Title Association and the American Land Title Association.

Kevin is an active member at Mount Lebanon Baptist Church in Maryville, Tennessee where he serves as a Deacon, Trustee, and Sunday school teacher. He is married to his wife, Danna Renfro, and has two children, Douglas Renfro and wife Katie, and grandaughter Ella, and Karah Renfro and son-in-law Caleb. His hobbies include hiking and working out.
